1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the CEASAR script, you agree to these Terms of Service. CEASAR is a third-party automation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Travian Games GmbH.
2. Assumption of Risk & Account Bans
The use of automation scripts violates the official terms and conditions of Travian Games GmbH. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the undetectability of this software. CEASAR and its developers are not responsible for any warnings, suspensions, account deletions, or loss of digital assets (including purchased Gold) that may occur as a result of using this software. You accept full responsibility for the use of this tool on your account.
3. Subscription and Refunds
CEASAR is provided on a subscription basis. Due to the digital nature of the software, all payments are final and non-refundable. We provide a free trial to ensure the software works on your system before you commit to a purchase. It is your responsibility to cancel your recurring PayPal payment if you no longer wish to use the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or share your CEASAR license or the core source code with third parties. Each license is intended for personal use and is tracked via our database. Unauthorized sharing of accounts may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep the CEASAR backend server online 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. If Travian Games GmbH makes a major update that breaks the script's functionality, we will attempt to fix it as soon as possible, but we are not liable for any downtime or missed in-game events during that period.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get banned for using CEASAR?
Yes. The use of any third-party automation tool violates Travian's official rules. While CEASAR is built with safety features intended to minimize detection risk, no automation tool is completely safe. Since a normal human cannot stay awake 24 hours a day, we strongly advise utilizing the built-in Sleep Mode to simulate realistic offline hours and further reduce the risk of a ban. You use this tool entirely at your own risk.
Do I need to leave my PC on?
Yes. Because CEASAR acts as a browser extension (to remain undetectable and use your local IP address), your browser must be open with the Travian tab active for the bot to perform its tasks.
How do the subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your PayPal dashboard. After cancellation, you will retain access to CEASAR until the end of your current billing cycle.
